My car stereo refuses to play music from my phone when I connect via the USB. My 2 previous handsets, a Desire and Xperia Mini, worked fine. I have tested the (old) Desire and it still plays the files no problem. I have my connection mode set to disk drive, my car system comes up with the message 'no audio files detected'. I have connected my sd card to my vehicle using an adapter and it works no problem. I can connect my phone directly to my DAB radio USB port and it works no problem. Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Apart from that, I'm very pleased with my new phone. Oh, and apart from its' apparent lack of support for live wallpapers.

If you have a file manager on your phones.. you might make certain your mp3s are in the same folder as on your Desire. Obviously your files are there and play.. just not found by your auto. I'm only taking a guess here.... I do hope it helps.
