My phone wont download music from Amazon mp3. It says account email and password. I type that in and it says purchase processing, but then it says user could not be authenticated and it doesn't purchase. I don't know what else to do. I have a Samsung behold 2 since my galaxy s3 broke and it is so complicated. HELP ME PLEASE.
