I installed the drivers on my Windows Workstation that support a USB connection between my computer and my Maxx. I then plug them in and operating from the PC side I have access to (some of) the file structure on the Maxx. I then just do a simple Copy in either direction.

Another way is to sign up for Google Music, which allows you to upload up to 20,000 songs for free to your google account, and then use the Play Music app to play from that account.
 
Or if you have tons of iTunes purchased you can install double twist on your phone and air sync will wirelessly update your list.

Why don't you just use the free Google all access?
