Ripped CDs added to Music player will not recognize. Only dowloaded content from phone itself plays.

Hi.. A couple of things you might check. First make certain you are saving your rips to .mp3 format. Secondly, make certain the files are playable from your PC. You need to copy or move the files to you phone and make certain they are in the same folder as your downloaded music files. That's really all I can think of that might be amiss. If your ripped files still don't play, please let us know and we'll see if we can figure out why.
