What email app are you guys using? I don't really care for the stocker. I need something for my Yahoo mail. Wish I could forward it to GMail without paying Y! extra.
Tried that yesterday, it wasn't pushing the notifications to my phone. Didn't like the lay out either.K9 mail.
QuikPic - Much better than stock gallery
Fusion Music Player - Best free music player on android by far
Google Play Music - I can play music not stored on my phone
Dropbox - Great for transferring photos and music
Go SMS Pro - Much better than stock messaging
Evernote - I write everything down so I don't forget, then it gets synced with all of my devices
MediaMonkey Remote - To control my home stereo via wifi through my phone
Yahoo Sportacular - Tracking sports scores for my favorite teams
Chrome - Much better than stock browser IMO

Great! Glad I can help. I haven't gotten any spam from SMS Pro but I will definitely keep an eye on it. It would be a shame though because it's the only app I've found that can handle sending and receiving group texts.Great list! Based on your recos, I have changed my browser to Chrome, my music player to Fusion, and my photo viewer to QuikPic and am really happy with all of them. (I am also considering Go SMS Pro but am worried about reports in recent Play store reviews of SMS spam coming the dev.) Thanks for sharing.![]()
Gonna try this...but Yahoo doesn't allow forwarding to another email or POP set up without paying for their premium email service.just go into gmail via pc browser and set your other emails up in there i have a few all come through to my gmail and my phone reads them all as if looking in browser, for eg i have my sky email set up in their my main work email is then left alone in outlook -altho i do use the stock droid email for that and find it works fine..

I'm I the only one that believes Plume is the best freaking twitter client out there? Made by the same guys that did the Nova Launcher and imho it years ahead of the competition. Surprised not to see it mentioned here.
I found a way to forward Yahoo to Gmail. So I'll test that for a while. If you want your yahoo mail pushed, maildroid is the way to go. It doesnt require premium yahoo service, it just starts pushing from the moment you sign in. Theres a free version that runs adds (that you can block if youre rooted). The paid version is expensive though.
The official yahoo mail app also pushes. But it's very limited (cant open on inbox, cant add multiple accounts).
Wait until Carbon for Android comes out!I'm I the only one that believes Plume is the best freaking twitter client out there? Made by the same guys that did the Nova Launcher and imho it years ahead of the competition. Surprised not to see it mentioned here.
