Help MX player no brightness touch toggle

Hi.
Lollipop 5.0.1 no root latest MX player no codec add on
The touch control for adjusting brightness on the left side (vertical swipe) of MX player doesn't work. Did you get this issue ? How can i fix it ?

I don't have this issue and my device is also on 5.0.1, maybe you could try clearing the data, or uninstall and reinstall the app...

Thank you, i did, but strangely the issue was caused by this app that lauches itself a each boot of my phone.
