MX2 Android Default Start up

I have inadvertently set my MX2 Android TV box to default to XBMC on start up and now can't get back to the normal start up screen, so can't access other applications such as facebook, google, etc. can anyone tell me how to revert back to the standard start up screen as default?

Scroll to Programs > Android apps > 3d launcher > settings > apps > xbmc >> Clear defaults
