Help Mxq android box errors

Hi There,
I wrote a week ago and have had no replies so thought to give another chance.
Every time I try to stream anything through my MXQ android box, I get an error message saying connection failed and to check the log. I searched the forum previously and followed instructions to get the log to debug Kodi. This was the log http://xbmclogs.com/pkcuicehk. Although it appears not to be working now! How do I check the log? Is there anyway to get beyond these errors so that I can enjoy again? Is there anyone that I can speak to for assistance?

Contact the vendor or manufacturer I think, it's their device. Although from posts on here it seems quite a few people have been reporting failed connection problems with cheapo MXQ, MX, M8, etc. type Kodi boxes. So it's possibly an online problem with whatever services they're using, e.g. Genesis, Exodus, Revelation, Showbox, etc, which is usually illegal pirated stuff, which could very well have been shut-down and/or seized by the FBI, or blocked by your ISP if you're in the UK, Ireland or other EU country.
