Hi I've only had this box a month and it seem to be frozen on the home screen each time I switch it on. The remote is still working as infra red light is working however is not working on home screen and when I go to do a hard reset it go to the page but can't still use the remote to go down through menu as it's not working. Has any body has had the same problem or knows how I can get around it that would be great. Thanks
