Help MXQ PRO Android stock rom?

Hi, I have one of these boxes with the AMLOGIC S905 chipset in. It works OK on Kodi and Plex, but I can't cast to it. It's not recognised. My son informs me that it needs to be a stock Android ROM rather than the version that is supplied (it actually says phone). Is there any known stock ROM for these boxes please?

What kind of box? Are you using miracast?

To cast a Chrome tab to the box you have to install a Chromecast receiver and it has to be running on the ART runtimes...

BUT!
Don't change the runtimes of your box.
It will permanently brick it!

To 'Miracast' there is an app preinstalled to nudge your phone or device into pairing.
That should work fine.
Miracast works fine for me but Chromecasting is proving to be a challenge!
