Mxq Pro S905 browser issues

whrn I use the browser on mxq pro s905 it's gives me error. I look at the browser and it's out of date I guess. I am clueless how to update it. Right now I cannot put any apps on it. I have unknown source open. I want to put in chrome and Hulu. I got Kodi on but only through ex explorer. Any ideas?

Set your date and time and timezone in settings. For some reason it doesn't pull date/time info from net.
