Just purchased my first Android the box, 'MXQ PRO 4K'. Just wanted a box to play TV and movies up to a 4k resolution and Spotify. At the moment I am happy as it seems to do all required functions however whenever I start an app and, for instance, I return to the home screen then go back in the app it loads from scratch again. I first notice this when playing music in Spotify, you should be able to have music playing whilst doing other tasks like surfing the web, but what happens is that the moment you press the home button the app will close along with the music stopping.
On can I get my apps to stay open in the background?
Also on the remote that comes with the box I can't work out which button is the multitasking button that shows all running apps, if you know let me know please
