My 3g network does not work on my Dinc2

I can't seem to get the little 3g thing to show up on top of my Dinc2. I cannot receive emails or use the internet--unless I'm in wifi and am using wifi.

Outside of wifi when I'm out and about, I cannot receive emails. My phone and SMS text, however, are working.

How do I get my 3g to work again? Where exactly in settings do I go? I tried going to wireless and networks but has anyone had this issue before?

You can try turning Mobile Network off then on again. Or reboot. Or do a battery pull. If none of those work you are probably in factory reset land.
