Help My acer betouch e110 screen is locked and touch screen not working

Hi,
My acer betouch e110 screen is locked and touch screen not working.
Can I unlock the screen with the hlp of keys ? why touch screen is not working?

In touch screen mobiles its common no other way but just try tis.... Switch off the mobile for 5 hours and then u try

you should do hard reset like this..............

Acer E110 hard reset

1. Charge your phone fully.
2. Turn off your phone.
3. Press CALL + Volume UP + PRESS power on.
4. Release only power but keep pressing vol up + Call until menu.
5. Select Data Erase/ Factory settings with Volume down, then confirm.
