My android hang, cannot boot

Dear Droiders .......
I beg to your help, my ipad android can not get into the program (if the windows can not boot, it says right after the beginning of the green Android robot logo that's usually appears "android" and direct desktop appears, it does not like that, my android just stuck on "android" screen) I wait more than an hour, and just look the same.

Turn it off. Count to 10. Then turn it back on while holding volume down. Depending on your device, you may see an option to factory reset or you may just see an Android with a ! mark in a triangle. If you get the ! mark, push power (once and do not hold). If text comes up, you should see options to select factory reset. Use volume to go to factory reset and use power to accept.
