My Android Mytouch 4g has a problem :(

Whenever I receive a call from my parents, my phone won't even let me answer their call. The screen would go straight to "Missed Call". BUT when I use my home telephone to call my cellphone.....it works... I am given the option to whether I should answer the call or decline it whereas when i get a call from my parents. I'm not given that option and my phone tells me that I got a missed call from them..... PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like you have that contact setting sending them straight to voicemail. If you are using Android 4 or higher, then open you contact for your parents phone number and tap on the settings (three dots in the upper right) and make sure "All calls to Voicemail" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it.

If you are using an earlier version of Android, open the contact to edit and you will have to select menu>options to find that setting.
