my android not switching on

pls i need help,i got an andriod china the make is MID INFINITY HTC and is not switching on.but if i put the charger on it will be virbating only without oning.what can i do if it is flashing or somethings else pls i need help

Have you not been able to turn it on? Maybe it just needs to charge first and then it will turn on.
