my android tablet crashed after i installed an app.it went off and even after rebooting it it can not work at all it just gives me a blank screen it is a citycall model number c761
 
Try restarting in Safe Mode (hold the volume key and power button .. I think: a quick search might be in order) and disabling/uninstalling the app that caused the problem
