Help my android tablet just went blank

[Android Question]

It didn't drop it or anything, it was in my hand and I went into the browser to open youtube and it went blank, like grey blank (my brightness level is low for battery saving so I guess that's why is gray).
I tried turning it off/on and resetting on that tiny hole but same thing. It turns on and glows gray.

What can I do now?

ps. I can go into boot mode. It shows all the colors, so display is functioning. And when charging the battery it shows red, green and yellow.

Sounds Ike it's faulty. If it's under warranty return it for replacement or repair. There's probably nothing else you can do.
