hi can anyone help unlock my android i have got, because i accidently forgot my pattern on it and its second hand and it is saying that i need a Google account but i do not know them since my grandad tattooed for it, some one called "Sean Gregory" (previous owner). but as i forgot my pattern i accidently block it, and it needs the previous owner's what can i do

Once you attempt a pattern too many times, the only way to unlock the phone is with the password for the google account it's registered to. You will have to perform a full factory reset to return it to functionality, but this will wipe out all apps and user info. No matter, it's never good to have your phone registered to someone else, especially a stranger.

Look for your model phone in the list on the home page. You can find information on how to reset it there. If you don't see it, ask and we'll show you where to go.
