Hopefully i can help you get it removed.
Go into settings and look for apps. The 3rd party task killer should be listed there. If the option is there to delete, choose it. You may want to wipe the data and cache before deletion.
If your device is rooted, you can also install Titanium Backup. Once installed, open Titanium and look for the app. Tap on it and select 'wipe data" and follow the prompts. Once the data has been removed you can delete the app by choosing the option.
