My camera does'nt work anymore

I had a phone last crhistmas and one day my camera stop working
when i click the camera icon it's black and then says "impossible to establish a communication with the camera"
i'm french and i'ts a french phone so i'm not sure for the translation
it's a logicom e500 and i can only give it back to the market this summer
my question is why isn't working ?

That message is generally related to a hardware failure of the camera, but can also happen if you are rooted and the camera software you have is unable to communicate with the camera hardware. Unfortunately, without more information we are limited in what support we can provide We need to know if you are rooted, and have installed a custom ROM. If you have not rooted the phone, remove the battery for 15 seconds and restart the phone. If this does not fix it, back up all of your data and perform a factory reset.

If a factory reset does not restore the camera you will need to bring it back to where you bought it or contact the manufacturer for additional support.
