Help My camera is really bad?

Both front and back are EXTREMELY GRAINY I Tried everything I see allot of reviews on youtube and there quality is AmaZing any suggestions and or problems? is it a hardware problem or settings issue? please reply or tell me where to post as I am obviously NEW

I agree, the camera is great, is the lens dirty or is the camera set to take the full 8MP when taking a photo? I also find manually focusing helps remove a lot of the blur.

But as others have said, if you post a pic, we'd be in a better position to help

Make sure your resolution is at a higher setting rather then low.

Clean the camera lens before taking pictures.
