Help My camera taking black pictures?

My phone has been taking great pictures, but recently every picture I take comes out black or doesn't develop at all. Everything is correct in the view finder, but it never actually saves.

I haven't changed anything about my phone recently, so I don't know where the problem may be.

I'm using CM7 with its Gingerbread photo-taking app. Other photo-taking apps do the same exact thing.

This is lame.

Does anyone have any ideas here?

might as well do a a fresh installation of the rom all over again.
