Help my cloud and networking?

Anyone know how to access mycloud? Going into mynet it doesn't show....just shows transformer. Also I thought ID be able to see my Windows desktop from this but not seeing that either...
 
No clue how Asus is naming their software, but I know there's an Asus WebStorage app in the market. Maybe that's worth trying out? It wouldn't let me register on my Iconia.
 
Does anyone know how to update splashtop remote. The newest version has support for over the internet connection, but the client on the transformer is old
