My computer does not recognize my Pandigital Tablet

I plugged my Pandigital Star tablet into the computer to transfer files but I can't get anywhere. The disk management says unknown file system.:confused:
 
Hi Ritamay and welcome to Android Forums. It seems we do not have a discussion area for your Star tablet yet. We do have on for the Novel 7. In hopes they are similar I suggest you seek help in that area. The members here that use the Novel 7 should know what you need do to transfer files between tablet and PC.
