Help My Cubot Quest Lite Android 9.0 doesnt shows emoji reactions in FB Messenger

Hello, I have an issue, that my Cubot Quest Lite doesnt shows notifications from FB messenger - only the EMOJI reactions.. as on the picture you see..

On my other phone, it showes the notification, so I know, that anyone reacted on my message.
On the other phone I have Android 10, but I am not sure, if it might be the problem?

wipe cache for FB mesenger and see if that helps.

Heh, sorry, I lost this website.
Ah, actually the problem is not only in EMOJIs , and problem is in Android 9.0 of Cubot Quest Lite, that when I have connected WIFI (at home) and mobile data , and go out or in, so somehow it stops to load notifications and even the EMOJIs.. Actually I am not sure, what to do with that.
