My data speeds at work suck

I work in plant city, florida and this is my data speeds when im there, when i use youtube and whatnot the most.
I have full signal for both of the tests.

At home im back up to 4 like it should be. Any idea what is going on.

Well for 4G it might seem slow but I watched a full Inuyasha movie in HD on a 0.39MBP connection (Roughly) and I barely ever get 1MBP and Its not so bad as I am on tapatalk right now with a 1.19 MBP Download Speed. Look at the screenshot

Youtube no like slow speeds lol. Netflix is fine.
