Help my device wont update

Every time i get a pop saying the update is due or try to initiate it my self i always get a message saying. Access to softwere update service is provided to users in the order the request it try again. Any ideas or help atol would be great thanks

Would help to know what carrier you're on with your device. Unbranded models I believe can just be updated via Kies. US models vary based on carrier and may simply be too many requests are hitting the update servers.
