My Droid has died

My Droid finally died. It won t power on anymore. I think now i will go prepaid with Straight Talk. No way am i signing another contract. I really enjoyed the phone and the advice on the forums. Guess i will see eveyone on the Samsung Precedent and Straight Talk Forum.

I have a fully working DROID with the VZW Shell / Holster combo, car dock, desktop dock, car charger, extra battery, external battery charger, and another accessory or two, if you want to stick with it.

I just downloaded the files for ICS (Altonus ROM) to test it out - but you're welcome to make an offer. My BIONIC is rock solid now so I probably don't need to keep my DROID around anymore.

When I put ICS on my Droid, the camera and other things quit working. More productive was to put Peter Alfonsos increased voltage 1.0Ghz kernel, set at "interactive." Smoothed everything right out.

I don't use this device anymore - so I get 0 productivity out of it. Thus, I'm playing with the ICS.

My current daily driver device is a BIONIC.
