Help My droid X always pausing when I am playing music?

I can be listening to pandora and will have to pull the phone out of my pocket to unpause it.I do notice its very sensitive while in my pocket.Like if I bend to much thats what will cause it to pause.I can keep it out and it never does it.I always hit the top button to make the screen goes black before I put it in my pocket.This gets frustarting while working out

Any ideas whats casuing this?Thanks in advance!
