My evo is rooted.. Im hopeing to get it traded out @target or radio shack for money towards my Evo3D

Why does it have a bad ESN? I think your plan makes you sound like a Delta Bravo if the requirements call for a working, valid phone.

I agree. Your EVO sounds pretty sketchy. Did you just pick that up for cheap on Craigslist or eBay or something? Why else would you continue to use a phone with a bad ESN.

You are talking about fraud. This is against the forum rules and my advice would be to not discuss it further.
 
You've had it less than a year, doesn't HTC provide a 1 year warranty? If so, you could get the USB port fixed. I still don't understand the bad ESN though, if you lost the phone then found it couldn't Sprint make the ESN valid again?
