Help My First Reset - Need advice PLEASE, thanks

Lurker
I'm going to do a factory reset of my tablet and I want to be prepared. I want to backup everything and know how to restore it all before I hit reset. I can't live without my tablet (overkill maybe)

I can format a hard drive and get it back up and running with no problem, but I've never done a reset before, so I could use some advice.

What steps should I go through before doing the reset? I backed up my apps using MyBackupPro. I can reinstall others from the Amazon appstore. Some are from APKs, which are stored on my SD card. Unfortunately they're all over the place, so I'll make a list to make sure I get them all back.

I've backed up my photos onto my computer and using MyBackupPro. Contacts/Calendar, google, no problem.

I don't know how to backup my bookmarks from Dolphin and Firefox. Not a huge problem, but it would be great to keep them. Any tips?

Is there anything I'm forgetting?

What happens when you come back from a reset? The Tab was my friend's, do I need anything from him to complete the set-up? Or can I just switch the email address? I don't want to be in the middle of the reset and not able to finish it until I can reach him.

thanks in advance for your help
