my galaxy ace doesn't charge

my mom's galaxy ace doesn't charge with the charger, even with the USB cable. instead it gives her an exclamation mark on it a battery with a cross on it and there is no local service here in turkey, what should she do?

It's saying that the battery isn't chargeable. It's either t the end of its life (batteries don't last forever) or it's a 3rd party battery that's not the right type for the phone.

In any case, you need a new battery.
