Problem: Launcher

Solution: Install Gingerbread Launcher from Market

Problem: Keyboard is still Samsung

Solution: Install Gingerbread Keyboard from Market

Problem: Samsung Music player is not good and has no widget

Solution: Install Android Music from the Market
