Help My Galaxy s3 won't work!

Please help me. I went out with my friends and my galaxy s3 had a low battery and turned off eventually but after a long night of charging it just won't start.
there is no screen that shows that it's charging and iv'e checked a few charges in a couple locations. Please help me, i have no idea what happened and what to do.

Does it ever fully boot up?

It can happen that if you allow a Li-Ion battery to fully drain it will refuse to recharge and is effectively dead. To rule this out, try another battery to see if the phone boots up.
