Help My girlfriend's esteem is messing up?

So basically it freezes when trying to do anything, like getting a call, and the only way to unfreeze it is to lock and unlock it. It's been going on since Saturday morning.

When it freezes, it still takes the actions out( listening to music and she pauses or skips the song it still does it) but the screen is frozen.

She also randomly gets a white triangle with an exclamation point where the 4g should be. Anybody know why this is happening? She just did the update.

Wow what baseband does she have on it zve . If not zve or zvg she need to update to the new software which is zve or zvg . If update is current you will need to do a factory reset or if rooted a full data wipe and cache wipe .
