Root my htc desire a8181 not turning on neither its notification light glow?

I had a problem that my htc desire a8181 got stucked on htc logo and vibrate seven time.I try to update it through ruu file in hope that the problem will solve but it failed(give error 152) during radio updating and then i stucked at black screen with htc written on it and there was one triangle at each corner with exclamination mark(!) then i try for 2 to 3 time ruu file again but then my phone totally gone damp nothing happen when i press its any button and nothing happens when i connect it via charger or with the pc (notification light not glow)

Error 152 means that one of the images failed to update, i.e. flashing one of the partitions failed. I don't suppose you remember which it was (for some reason it's usually the radio update which fails, and that's a bad one as a lot of the low-level hardware control is in that).

That black screen with triangles in the corner is "ruu mode" on the Desire A8181. There is nothing you can do in that state but try to flash an RUU.

How totally unresponsive is it? If you plug it in to a computer does it respond to the command "fastboot devices" (I can't remember whether you have set up fastboot already)? I would guess not if the RUU is no longer able to communicate with it, but it's the last thing to check.

To be honest I'm not wholly surprised by this. With the state your phone was in this was always a possibility if you did succeed in running the RUU. The only reason for suggesting trying the RUU was that there was nothing else to try - it was that or just replace the phone.
