First time posting here, I have looked alot of threads before and couldnt fine an answer to my problem,
So here it goes, I've had my htc desire hd for over a year now, and i've never had a problem with it, and yesturday it decided to turn off after running out of battery, and once I plugged it in, it popped the hboot window. I tried to fastboot/recovery/factory reset, everything, and every time i click on a reboot option, my screen goes black and it stays like that until i remove the battery. I never rooted it or whatever it is that everyone do, i never installed anything on it, and when im on the Hboot menu, the writings on the top of the options are;
ACE XA SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.00.0027
MICROP-0438
RADIO-26.14.04.28_M
eMMC-boot

I dont know if this gives any good informations, but I dont know whats with the RUU that everyone is talking about, I hope it can help a little bit with what I described, will be waiting for answers
