hi ive been having a few problems with this phone for a few months and then it went ok for around 2 weeks until i restarted the phone and it just wouldnt boot back up and i cant get into the actual phone and only on bootloader, it wont let me into recovery and it also wont let me factory reset. please HELP!!!!!

You've posted in the rooting forum, so can we assume that the phone is rooted?
A failure that would wipe both ROM and recovery is unusual, so anything you can tell us about the phone's history (from what mods you've made to whether it has ever got wet) might be helpful.
Worst comes to the worst we can try a factory reset. But if you can get into the bootloader but not recovery, have you tried reflashing the recovery? I am assuming that you have an unlocked bootloader and had previously installed a custom recovery, in which case you can flash the same recovery using fastboot (fastboot flash recovery recovery.img).

It is very unlikely for both the ROM and recovery to go bad, and sometimes, even if that is the case, if it is booting upp to the bootloader, that is still a good sign since you can opt to reflash the custom recovery that you have used before while connected to a PC via fastboot.
