Help My HTC wildfire won't charge up

I bought a HTC wildfire off ebay and it was fine for the first couple of weeks. But after the third or fourth week it would only charge up to 53%. So I bought a
new battery but that made no difference so then I assumed it was the charger but that didn't work either. So then I downloaded a battery calibration app but because it needs to charge up to 100% it won't work. The battery will only last about 3 hours when I do take it of charge.

I would really appreciate it if someone could give some software to download or any tips on how to get it to work

Ive got the sam problem it wont charge whether its plugged in or usb

I have the same problem, bought new battery, tried different chargers and cables.. no fix. Assume it is a hardware or software problem. Anything from other members out there?
