do you get a popup on your phone when you hook it up to the pc? what happens on the pc side of things? we need more info. just remember the more details you gives us the better we can help.

There's nothing happen on pc or laptop and no.. Don hv any poppup when I plug the cable

Already tried ne cable but still cannot connect... Its been 4 month already.. I already tried to tdo factory reset but still cannot connect
not familiar with your phone, but make sure you have the correct drivers installed on your computer.
