MY Ideos U8150

[Android Question]

hi guys.... I bought an Ideos u8150 used it for some time and then stopped working all of a sudden. when i try starting it, it loads and then brings ANDROID forever.... what could be the problem and what can i do.

Ideos U8150 stopped charging how do I get it to charge again ?
The Charger is fine even replaced the battery with a new one
Please help
