My LG G3 fell in water ... No sound at all ... Help !

Hi mates. Today my LG G3 fell in water. Then I left it and made it dry of water. I turned it on and it works perfectly , but the problem is that there is no sound at all.
No speaker sound
No headphone sound
No earpiece sound
No microphone sound
What is the problem exacly ?
What can I do ?
Can anyone mintion that part in hardware if it is haredware problem ... please help me!
