Help My lg motion just went out

I was on the phone and hung up then i looked and was like well ill change my phone;well before i could even get to the charger. Next to me my phone went dead it was at about 75% charge. It will not charge nor turn on what could be wrong with my phone?

Take the badry out, mumble over the beads for 5 minutes, put it back in and see whut happens.

Really.

Also maybe plug in the charger for a min unplug and plug in again
Repeat a few times
This worked for me
I tried that does not work..i took it to metro to see if its the battery they sound teh phone needs to be barred its times has expired ...but sad thing is i neer dropped it well i have but it has the otter hard shell and soft case on it...its just odd that it shut off like that

The battery part I was serious about. It can cure a lot.

The praying is optional. Can't hurt.

Sorry to hear you're humor impaired.

If it's less than a year old, that's what I'd do too. (PS I think the technical term for what you're doing with the 5 min dealie is a Hard Boot. So I'm really not just blowing smoke. [1])

[1] I may Often employ smoke and mirrors. I don't often just blow smoke. ;)

omg are you freaking serious dude???? I honestly thought you were trying to help

This is the funniest #$%^ I read in a while here.

Anyways, word of advice to you. DO NOT take the phone to a regular little Metro PCS store, go elsewhere and look for a "corporate" store, or however they call them.

Regular small Metro PCS are the @#$%iest, most helpless, egoistical things on the planet.

Here's a story:

Bought an LG Esteem way back in the day when they became available, first time to Metro (didn't do much research). Was told about a 7 day money back at the little store, but NOT about the 1 hour usage limit.

The phone overheated too much for whatever reason during test calls, so I wanted my money back. Nope, 1 hour call limit over, so no.

Alright, give me another phone... nope, they said they couldn't because I refused to pay 5$ more for insurance. F that.

Someone told me about "corporate" Metro Stores, so I go there, after an hour in line I see this old lady trying to explain that she had been paying that extra 5 bucks for years, but they wouldn't want to repair her old, really old, smartphone (Samsung Code), because she got it in water.

I got a little pissed at that, but I told the truth, and still they didn't want to exchange my phone for whatever reason I don't remember, even though the phone had a 1 year warranty under LG (or Metro?).

So I was told about another corporate store a little far, but when I went there, they took the phone with almost no questions, and exchanged it right there and then for a refurbished one.

I also learned from a guy there about the *228 number to activate, or transfer my line to my older phone by myself, without paying Metro 10/15$ bucks to do it themselves, and also the extra tax charges they charge you that you don't pay if you buy the phones online.

F Metro, literally, if you can, do it, or else they will F you themselves.

LG has a 1-year warranty on the Motion.
If you don't get anywhere with Metro, contact LG Tech Support.
