Help my libaray app

My libaray app is according to the user manual an intergrated app
for transformer I cant find it can any one help

Have you tried clicking the top right corner of your homescreen, an icon named 'App'? Pressing this icon gives you a list inventory of all your Apps. You should be able to find the 'My Library' App there.

tried that but the icon is not there

It's there on mine, new out of the box. Unless it somehow got deleted, it should be in your apps list too. If it isn't there, I'd be on the lookout to see if mycloud and mynet aren't there. My first logical conclusion would be to ask if you got yours used or if there was anything else you noticed that might have made you wonder if it is used?
