my location keeps switching

My location keeps switching from where I am to somewhere in Columbia. Has my phone been hacked or what?
 
I have had similar issues with phones in the past. It wasn't a phone hack, but rather seemed to be an issue with my carrier location service when I lost Gps signal. It eventually went away. If you have more questions feel free to ask again, or sign up and check out your device forum ;)
