Help My MID 8650 Android Tablet Will Not Boot Up

I am also having the exact same problem as the above posters on both of my daughters WM8650's. I have tried to do as NyRaised laid out but I am not getting anywhere but frustrated..please help!!
 
hi, i just bought my tablet and I have the same problem with the green android coming up and then freezing. It is not working only the green android on the display pfffff........Can someone help me please? Thanks...

I also have the same problem with my android the green andriod guy comes up then nothing happens, please someone help me, NYraised seemed to of had the right idea but his link is no longer available or something because i click on his link and it says no longer a link.. so someone anyone PLEASE help me out if you know how
 
I have a 7" Mid tablet but no power supply or manual. I just got a 9vDC 2Amp power supply that I believe will work with the tablet but am unsure of the polarity on the plug. Is the inside of the plug (+) or (-)? Is 9vDC 2amps the correct size power supply adapter?
Where can I get a manual?

I followed all the instructions in this post but nothing happened. It just sat on the screen with the Android logo. Any more suggestions?

I have tried to download the firmware from your web site, but I get this response " 404 (Page Not Found) Error "

My MID version 4.0.3 has been stuck on the green bot screen since 6 months after I bought it in 2012. I pulled it out after our move and decided to try one more time to boot it up . There is a tiny needle point sized hole on the side where the power cord is. I used a thumb tack to push in the hole where the reboot button is located. When you push the needle in you will feel the "click"movement of a button inside. That started my tablet back to normal after all of that other stuff failed
