Help my moto g 4g LTE heats up a lot when I play games (e.g.) pvz2.

My moto g 4g LTE heats up on the screen and bottom areas, it has case on. So when my phone is on standby, and I use it to play a game, it suddenly heats up. Shouldn't be experiencing this with mid range android device, plz help!

I'm guessing that game is very resource (CPU, memory, GPU, battery, etc.) intensive and that you're seeing the effects/impact of that (i.e., heat).

Try playing that game without the case on and see if that helps--that will also confirm whether it is the case that's holding-in the heat.

Remember, smart phones (and tablets for that matter) are very tightly packed with their constituent components and there's not a lot of room in there for heat dissipation like you have in a desktop PC (with fans, etc.) or even a laptop.
