Ok so I hated the battery life on this phone, but loved everything else. Bought those cheapy EBAY batteries, you know the one that comes with a charger and 2 generic 1500mah batteries. Well they all seemed to perform the same as the stock one. About 6 hours at work, testing this for a week at work. Pretty much consistent.
So, as I was about to purchase the Seidio 1750 mah, but I came across some peoples review on Amazon saying it was about the same as an HTC Hero battery.
I took a risk and ordered an 11 dollar HTC OEM 1500mah battery made for a HTC Hero. It fits and I thought so what, lets test it out. So this would be my 4th battery.
So the cheapy 1500mah battery is slightly bigger than the stock one and the hero is slightly bigger than the cheapy 1500mah.
It still fits and cover has no gap, i am using the innocase also which still fits tight and snug.
Ok, so at work with a crappy signal here, my battery used to last 6 hours. Now its been 7 hours and I am still a little above half way. Now way I've gotten this before. I have not done anything special with the new battery, just charged it and powered my phone on. No new app installed or uninstalled. Same usage, maybe actually a lil more since I still see over half battery life.
Anyways, here's an EBAY link of the one I purchased. If anyone else has bought this, let me know if you have the same result as me.
